What's New with K9 Bytes?

K9 Konnect: online reservation management

Starting January 18th, K9 Bytes is starting service for our new K9 Konnect online reservation system. The reservation system uses innovative technology to enable clients to research, plan, and book appointments over the Internet. As your business grows, you can link multiple locations (stores) with the K9 Konnect System. The K9 Konnect promises to revolutionize the way clients, pets, and business owners interact and book services and boarding at a cost that is reasonable. Very Important Reminder!

Please remember to renew your K9 Bytes Maintenance Agreement Plan! Remember that the Maintenance Agreement includes unlimited email and phone support and any and all updates to the program. If you wish not to renew, it is important to let us know so we may provide you with the appropriate license.

The Maintenance Agreement is due by January 15th, 2011. Please take advantage of our reduced rates to renew your maintenance agreement on time. Renewal rates are US$150 for LITE, $295 for PRO and NET, and $595 for CORPORATE versions. If your maintenance agreement expires, click here to find rates to renew expired maintenance plans.

What's New in the K9 Koordinator?

The next update for the K9 Koordinator will be released in January 2011. Make sure you are running the November release 6.0.452. Please stay tuned! There are many changes and additions ready for our January release. Also, the K9 Koordinator 2011 will be released next year. So feel free to send us ideas!

Joshua Candamo has been involved in dog breeding and show handling with his family all his life. Dr. Candamo received a PhD degree in Computer Science with minor concentrations in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of South Florida. His main areas of research and technical publications are in the fields of Pattern Recognition and Image Processing. Joshua has been invited all over the United States to give seminars and talks about applying technology to the pet care industry, and talks about his research applications.
